Please allow an additional 7+ days if paying by group or organization check. Orders are not filled until check clears. To expedite shipment of your order, we encourage you to pay by MC/Visa or Paypal. We do not accept cash or personal checks.

As soon as your group plans have been finalized, you will need to print out Granny's fundraiser application which can be found right here on our website.

What is your return policy?

As we are a small business, we do not issue cash refunds. However; we will gladly exchange your product or issue an account credit towards future purchases.

What if my order is delivered damaged?

Any damages must be reported within 3working days. Claims must be filed with the carrier. ALL original packaging must be kept for UPS inspection.

All orders are prepaid by MC/Visa/Company-Group Check/Money Order or Paypal. Please note: Check orders will be held until check clears. Allow an extra 7+ days for this process.
